The Lifeguard ensures guest safety around the swimming pool area by preventing accidents, enforcing pool rules, performing rescues and first aid when required, while maintaining excellent guest service.
Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents or drowning incidents.
Enforce swimming pool rules and regulations in a polite but firm manner.
Respond quickly to emergencies with water rescues, CPR and first aid when required.
Check pool water quality and inspect safety equipment regularly.
Maintain cleanliness of pool area, sunbeds, towels and signage.
Report hazards, equipment issues and complete incident reports promptly.
