The MSc in Biomedical Engineering & Technology is organized by the Department of Biomedical Engineering of the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece.
The programme is designed for graduates from engineering, technology, life sciences, and health sciences who wish to specialize or transition into the field of Biomedical Engineering.
Educational activities combine online lectures, hands-on laboratory training, field visits to companies and healthcare facilities, industry seminars, and research projects.
The third semester is dedicated to a full-scale diploma thesis project.

Students must successfully complete 90 ECTS credits, including required and elective courses during the first two semesters and a diploma thesis during the third semester.

• Successful completion and defense of the diploma thesis
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree related to engineering, technology, life sciences, health sciences, or other biomedical engineering-related disciplines.
Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Applicants without formal English certification may participate in an internal written and oral English examination organized by the programme.
